Over the years we added PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations). PEOs allow us to be more objective, and offer our customers the products and services that meet their company’s objectives. Small to medium size businesses can’t achieve the significant benefits offerings and premium savings that most PEOs offer.
Silverstein HR’s goal is to relieve a company’s administrative burden, no matter what their size. Different businesses have different needs and just like the insurance industry we represent national and regional PEOs to help employers create a happier more loyal workforce. The job market is more competitive today than anytime we can remember in the last 20 years; and PEOs can give our clients the leverage they need to attract and retain the talent they need to thrive in today’s business market.
